About Klogenix

Klogenix is developing therapeutics that aim to elevate Klotho, a naturally occurring protein, which decreases as we age and in certain diseases. Our drug discovery efforts include leading-edge modalities, that enable either upregulation of endogenous Klotho, or supplementation with exogenous Klotho genetic material. The company has several pending patents.
